TERMS

Availability will be from 16:00 hours on the first day of rental and the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 hours on the day of departure.

Flights and transfers are not included in the price.

Travel insurance is not included in the price.

For additional cost we can offer the following:

• A meet and greet service at the apartment upon your arrival to show you where everything is, how things work and to give you local information to make you feel at home straight away.
• The following welcome pack options are available in the apartment upon your arrival:
• Basic -tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water and toilet roll
• Standard - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter and toilet roll
• Full - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, jam, cheese and toilet roll
• Special - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, jam, cheese, eggs, bacon, beer, red wine, white wine and toilet roll
• Mid-stay cleaning and change of linen options for stays of more than one week

A non-refundable deposit of 30% will be required to secure a booking. The balance will become payable ten weeks prior to departure.

A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required with final balance payment, and will be returned within fourteen days following your departure from the apartment (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any cancellations must be submitted in writing and will become effective upon receipt by the owner. Should cancellation occur after the balance has been paid, any refund will be at the descretion of the owners.
